Information about the drug

Trienol is commercial name of the chemical product better known as Methyltrienolone. It is androgenic anabolic steroid in tablets for oral applying. 17-alpha alkylated drug, 17a modification allows product to pass human’s digestive system and save its anabolic and androgenic properties.

This product is similar to the Trenbolone, but was created for parallel application. Methyltrienolone, like Nandrolon and Trenbolone was deprived of carbon atom in 19th position than the drug lost an opportunity to aromatize.

Methyltrienolone is one of the most powerful anabolic steroids ever created. Thou Methyltrienolone was first synthetized in early 1965 it was newer sold in pharmacies. Methyltrienolone was only used in some medical studies. For example, big doses of Methyltrienolone were administrated for people with breast cancer to study Methyltrienolone action to the tumor. Some tumors were reduced, but study was canceled due to Methyltrienolone’s toxic action on the liver.

Applying

Usually it is used by professionals as an addition to the main course of AS. Methyltrienolone has not been approved for use in humans. During the period of preparation for the competition with low carb diet this drug is also an addition to the main course. It can be testosterone ethers or any form of trenbolone. Independently of the area of using and reached aims don’t exceed 2mg dose, also the term of using shouldn’t be more than 4 weeks because of the bad influence on the liver.

The course of PCT is needed after Methyltrienolone administration. This should additionaly include hepatoprotectors and Omega-3. Hepatoprotectors are used to protect the liver from the toxic effects of Methyltrienolone. The beginning of admission should be not later than at the 2-nd week of the cycle. The end of Hepatoprotectors administration should be not earlier than the third week after the cycle. Some prefer to apply them after the course. In the USA and Canada this class of drugs is not considered seriously since the effectiveness is poorly proven.

Omega-3 is administrated to normalize the lipid profile and cholesterol level. It protects the heart and blood vessels. Omega-3 is usually started to be taken at the beginning of the course and another 2 weeks after it.

Side effects

Thou Trienol is good absorbed and is fast metabolized, it has a lot of side effects which are usually performed when the recommended dose is exceeded. But we should admit, that all anabolic steroids have the same side effects.

This includes:

• Dermatological: oily skin, acne vulgaris, acne conglobata, seborrhea, stretch marks (due to rapid muscle enlargement), hypertrichosis (excessive body hair growth), androgenic alopecia (pattern hair loss; scalp baldness), fluid retention/edema.

• Reproductive/endocrine: libido changes, reversible infertility, hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

• Male-specific: spontaneous erections, nocturnal emissions, priapism, erectile dysfunction, gynecomastia, oligospermia/azoospermia, testicular atrophy, intratesticular leiomyosarcoma, prostate hypertrophy, prostate cancer.

• Female-specific: masculinization, irreversible voice deepening, hirsutism (excessive facial/body hair growth), menstrual disturbances (e.g., anovulation, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea), clitoral enlargement, breast atrophy, uterine atrophy, teratogenicity (in female fetuses).

• Child-specific: premature epiphyseal closure and associated short stature, precocious puberty in boys, delayed puberty and contrasexual precocity in girls.

• Psychiatric/neurological: mood swings, irritability, aggression, violent behavior, impulsivity/recklessness, hypomania/mania, euphoria, depression, anxiety, dysphoria, suicidality, delusions, psychosis, withdrawal, dependence, neurotoxicity, cognitive impairment.

• Musculoskeletal: muscle hypertrophy, muscle strains, tendon ruptures, rhabdomyolysis.

• Cardiovascular: dyslipidemia (e.g., increased LDL levels, decreased HDL levels, reduced apo-A1 levels), atherosclerosis, hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiomyopathy, myocardial hypertrophy, polycythemia/erythrocytosis, arrhythmias, thrombosis (e.g., embolism, stroke), myocardial infarction, sudden death.

• Hepatic: elevated liver function tests (AST, ALT, bilirubin, LDH, ALP), hepatotoxicity, jaundice, hepatic steatosis, hepatocellular adenoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholestasis, peliosis hepatis; all mostly or exclusively with 17α-alkylated AAS.

• Renal: renal hypertrophy, nephropathy, acute renal failure (secondary to rhabdomyolysis), focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, renal cell carcinoma.

• Others: glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, immune dysfunction.

Hepatotoxic effect of TRIENOL is strongly pronounced! You should control level of the hepatic enzymes in the serum during applying of TRIENOL.
