Information about the drug

Apo Modafinil is a powerful drug for the normalization and adjustment of the user’s mental-emotional state. Orexin neurons are found in the hypothalamus, but are found in many parts of the brain, including areas that regulate wakefulness. Activation of these neurons increases the content of dopamine and norepinephrine in these areas, and excites histaminergic neurons, which increase the level of histamine there. It has been shown in rats that modafinil increases the release of histamine in the brain; the same mechanism of action can take place in humans.
